Eligibility for Returns

- Physical Products: Comics, merchandise, and other tangible items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.

- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital comic purchases.

 

Conditions for Returns

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

- Proof of purchase is required to process all returns.

- Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

Return Process

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the item(s) to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Inspection and Refunds

- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions. We will notify you of the inspection results.

- Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
